Based on source received, this new Picanto will feature a new EV version, slotting with turbocharged 3 cylinder 1.0L engine, which probably able to produce 110 horsepower. Surprisingly, the new EV version will feature 50kW electric motor powered by polymer battery, which is the same powertrain to Hyundai i10 EV showcased in 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show. The i10 able to travel up to 160km on single charge and top speed of 130km/h.
