Global Positioning System (GPS) has been the most important thing for us because of it’s functionality to guide us directions and help us to go to some location anywhere by using the satellite signal for the best path and easy guide so that we are not strucked by the traffic jam or lost during our journey to any destination. So, this it the need for the GPS Navigator system.

What reviewed is one of the GPS Navigator system under the hood. Here’s the GPS Navigator System device that we can find anywhere here. Most are powered with Windows CE 5.0, 300 Mhz of processor (usually Samsung), 128Mb of RAM or NAND flash drive, with the GPS module of receiving antenna and receiving channels, up to 10 meter and 90% of accuracy, antenna frequencies, navigation softwares, audio, photo, document and video support, and not to forget, the extended memory upgrade slot, which usually uses the SD or MMC card.
Usually, the map updates of GPS navigation system of the device is updated via the slot card attached to the card. The device will support either English, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Greek, Czech, Russian. Most are with USB 1.1 or 2.0 support and long standby power. By today’s version, the Global Positioning System device has no longer need any subscribtion or any payment regarding montly charges. It’s free with no hidden cost, however, if there is any charges, then it will depend on countries you live in.
The GPS Navigation system usually consist of GPS Navigator, Car charger, Home Charger, Car mount, Car Holder, User manual, USB cable, Free memory card preloaded with Mapking, Garmin & iGO8 with local maps and together with some period of time warranty.

I have a phone with GPS function and trying out the GPS Navigation. It took me some time of have a look at the free GPS Software option on the internet, and found most were often have limits and provisions involved. Oftenly the freeware version is scaled down version of the purchasable one, and some may restrict the functionality with some disable features. I found most site offering free GPS software, but however, most of them are available for the small computer unit, PDAs, smart mobiles, tha are capable of communication with the GPS receiver. This is the tracking software and specific for navigation, so you might need to check with your carrier to see whether it is supported and does not incur extra charges.
Some of GPS is specific, and some programs designed for Garmin receiver may not work for a Megallan, so you should check out the specification carefully, especially when purchasing a registered version of GPS software. If you use the GPS Navigation device to your car, then make sure you bring the device to the right expert place for map upgrade. So, do you use any GPS Navigation System in your car?
