The Proton feasibility of developing an MPV which so called Proton Exora, is now reaching to it’s point where the new Proton Exora MPV will be released anytime from now and had opened the car booking weeks ago. The Proton Exora has begin it’s on-the-road testing since 12th September 2008 and spotted few times already. And as stated, this will be launched anytime from now, in March 2009.
The Proton Exora car price will be ranging between RM79,000 and and were mentioned to be equipped with Campro CPS engine 1.6 with light turbo, Galvanized metal chasis, super high strenght high tensile steel which is lighter and more stabile than high tensile steel which used by BMW 3 Series and The Proton Saga BLM.

The detail specification of the new Proton Exora are well mentioned. The car equipped with Campro CPS engine which claimed by Proton to have enough power to transport 7 adults with a fully loaded luggage while giving the best fuel comsumption efficiency, with the power output is quoted at 125HP and 150HP of torque.
While power has stated not to be the matter for Proton Exora, the cabin is also get a touch of word technology to be as quiet much of sound absorption material. Behind proton got the name of Lotus, the ride and handling are Lotus involvemet in tuning the suspension settings for Proton cars. Besides, the Proton mentioned that Proton Exora has less turning radius of 5.3 meters, and this is very essential to give less space for the vehicle to make a turn. A small comparison of other MPVs, 5.2 meters for Toyota Passo Sette (Upcoming Perodua MPV), Toyota Wish – 5.3 meters, Nissan Grand Livina -5.2 meters, Toyota Rush – 5.2 meters.
Other than that, Proton Exora also equipped with intelligent electronic body control programme, which will allow you to recalibrate electronic components to suit your driving needs suchs wiper and signal lights. And most of all, it has LED tail lamps and brake lights, well spotted fromt the pictures of the spyshots. Well compared, this new Proton Exora surely give a Proton a whole new improvement.
